About IIQ

The Institutional Integration Quotient (IIQ) is an emerging assessment instrument developed within Baroom Institutional Systems (BIS) to evaluate institutional integration capacity and identify structural strengths and integration deficiencies across institutional systems.

Conceptual Foundation

The Institutional Integration Quotient (IIQ) is conceptually grounded in the Institutional Learning and Strategic Governance Architecture (ILSGA) and should be interpreted alongside related BIS research components, particularly the Triple Integration Gap (TIG) and the Generative Institutional Integration Loop (GIIL).

Purpose of the Instrument

The purpose of IIQ is to provide a structured basis for assessing institutional integration capacity, diagnosing integration deficiencies, and supporting evidence-informed institutional development.

The instrument is intended to support strategic review, governance diagnosis, execution alignment, and future empirical studies within the broader ILSGA research programme.
